The drive to it on highway 1 - on a hill with the pacific on one side and rocks on the other is mind blowing!! On the way you see these huge cow farms ( the "Happy Cows of California" live here !! ) - It must be Utopia of global Cow-Karma !! - beautiful cows (without growth hormones) peacefully grazing on green grass overlooking the pacific. Tension Free!! The feeling of standing on a rock with the ocean in front is humbling , if anything. Also - this place holds huge significance for us - It is where I got to know what a skunk is - and that's not just in theory - "We got sprayed by a skunk!!" ( the shoes are still in the patio and will probably head to the trash can soon)There are quite a few beautiful camping spots here and no dearth of trails - it's easy to spend the whole weekend here!
